我是很不習慣給酒店打低分的，但是這次體驗確實不好。
酒店是新的，本來説硬件過的去，床品也算舒適，吐槽以下幾點
1：麻將房煙味實在大，嗆的一晚，和前台説，告訴我送瓶花露水噴噴，希望換個房間，告之沒有了，可轉身我後來的客人沒有訂房，前台告之經理，馬上就又有了，我聽到的是開702，實在無語
2：電梯實在太慢，總共兩梯，一梯衹能乘6人，還和雲季酒店共用，這速度，6樓以下住客建議步行
3：早餐九點已經完全見底，可能是旅遊旺季，但客滿了餐廳不也得提前預案嗎？
畢竟是看着曼居品牌來店，還是希望加強服務意識。

預訂的包含早餐的房間硬是説沒有早餐，溝通之後説讓給好評免費贈送早餐，當時都被整蒙了，後來跟酒店交涉還是一副理直氣壯的態度，讓找攜程解決。前台態度冷漠，衞生條件也一般，被單上有血跡。硬件上客觀來説還好，服務基本為零。
