Even though we stayed in a suite, we only had 4 bottles of water, which is fair for all rooms. It's not about the money, it's about the feeling. If a hotel wants to make money, that’s not the way it should be.

There is a long glass window in the house. It is very bright. The doorways of other rooms are carpeted. Only these rooms have wooden floors at the door. Employees are walking around in high heels at five in the morning and six in the morning. I walked around and woke up countless times throughout the night. It was a very bad experience. Since this kind of room is sold at a cheap price, should we inform the staff that there are guests inside and turn off the lights early or stop wearing high heels and walking back and forth in the corridor so early?

The door is difficult to open, the air conditioner is noisy and not warm, the kettle is broken, the hair dryer is broken, and the lights are very dim.
