The service experience was extremely disappointing. The overall service quality was poor, and the receptionist’s behavior was unprofessional and discourteous. Instead of providing assistance, the receptionist displayed a lack of respect and willingness to help, which made the experience even more unpleasant. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate improvement in both customer care and staff attitude.

An Excellent Stay at Hotel Rosewood, Uttara!" I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Rosewood Uttara. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — peaceful yet close to the airport and major spots in Uttara.
