Today is my check-in date and hotel have denied for the check-in by giving excuses that A/C is not working in the premises. I told them to shift my booking to another hotel and they have denied the same. This is very unsatisfactory for me and all the members from Front Office misbehaved with me. Even the hotel GM does not have the sense to talk with the guest. I would suggest not to book Luxus Inn hotel.

I went to Luxus inn for a wedding invitation and stayed for one night. the hotel location is excellent, rooms are superb with all modern facilities, staff are friendly and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. the hotel has an driver room as well as good parking
