Very old property, lack of maintenance, very poor service. 1-2 old staf are there who are quite helpful. But overall a bad experience.

The property was good but the issue wad with it's maintenance. Linens were not clean and the phone was not working. The table was all dusty. If they hotel can be told to provide clean rooms to the customers, the property can actually do better.

Property wall was damped waler leakage in whole corridor bed sheet mattress pollows and bathroom was dirty food was not good and complimentey breakfast was worst that i have ever seen

Very poor service, horrible experience, basic aminities are not working. Intercom not working, tv not working, hand shower dripping and that too in an executive deluxe room. People in the reception don't pick up call. Horrible. Don't ever go there. In dhanbad 17 degrees and sonotel are better hotels

Only location is good otherwise food pathetic, wifi not working, stinking room, pathetic service, and washroom kit was horrible don't go and waste your hard earned money there.
