Location was exactly in front of temple entrance. But cleanliness is average. No towel provided. Request for late check out since long queue at temple, management charge us 1000 rupees for check out at 12.45pm

Room was conveniently located. But no toiletries provided The manager was helpful in arranging for guide n giving us very comfortable stay there. The boys over there were extra helpful to us. Catered to us in all the way s. Safe also .

I had a pleasant stay at Agrasen Bhawan. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The staff was helpful, and the vegetarian food served was simple and delicious. I recently booked a stay, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we faced significant difficulties in reaching the hotel location. Despite calling the hotel and requesting assistance, we were denied help, citing that no staff was available. This was particularly frustrating as the hotel is located in a non-vehicle accessible area, and we had to walk for 15 minutes with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were shocked to see three support staff members present, which contradicted the hotel's earlier claim of no available staff. When we questioned the hotel staff about this, we were met with a rude and unapologetic response. Our concerns about the stay only grew after checking in. The room did not match the pictures shown, and the washroom was not clean. The jug was broken, the bedspread was torn and unclean, and to make matters worse, the geyser was not working. We were unable to get hot water, which added to our discomfort. Overall, the room was not worth the price we paid I hope the hotel management takes our feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their services, including providing accurate representations of their rooms and amenities, and ensuring that guests receive adequate assistance and support during their stay. *Rating:* 1/5 *Recommendation:* I would not recommend this hotel to others, and I hope takes necessary steps to ensure that their partner hotels meet certain standards of quality and service.

The night Staff here were more helpful than the guy working front desk during the daytime. His name is Alar and he is super rude don't know how to talk to customers and simply asking them to checkout or he would not give the vehicle keys. Worst fellow!!! The rooms are ok. If you don't want customers then bloody don't keep a hotel open! You should fire this kind of people who don't give 2 cents about customers and talking as if he is doing some bloody favour or letting customers stay for free. Location wise it is very close to the temple. Don't except the rooms to be clean even after paying a high price for a Deluxe room. The bedsheets are dirty and WC looked like it is going to cavein when you sit on it. Given it's proximity to the West gate of the temple it's no surprise that they get a lot of pilgrims and tourists but by now they should know how many staff are needed to manage the rush and have stuff as back up. Aside from the location this hotel has nothing going on for it.It is quite pricy as well for the kind of rooms and facilities that they are providing.
