A beautiful, green island. Comfortable rooms, a good lagoon for swimming. In principle, the food is delicious. There are some comments on the service in the main restaurant, they do not have time to clear the tables at peak times, sometimes you have to wait a long time for the ordered drinks. In the evening, it is nice to sit in the bar and listen to live music. There is also snorkeling on the house reef, but the reef, like everywhere else, is discolored.

This is my second time to Maldives
Hotel service attitude is very poor
1) Poor arrangement of seaplane
I was the last seaplane to arrive on the island, unfortunately I encountered a seaplane delay
It was dark when we arrived at the island.
2) Downgrade Room
I have booked a water massage room and paid in full!
But when the last seaplane arrived at the island, the hotel said that the room I booked had been sold out and could not be provided to me, so I was arranged to stay in the most basic sand house. It was not until the next day that a water villa was available for me to stay in.
It’s neither reasonable nor fair. In the end, I spent several hours arguing with the hotel, and the hotel manager also showed up before they were willing to refund the difference.
It was originally intended to be a celebration of the anniversary, but the hotel's arrangements ruined the mood of the celebration

As it was already dark, the hotel staff said they would introduce the island facilities to me when I changed rooms the next day. The facilities were not introduced until the second day.

I love it.. the island, the food, the stuff .. everything was great. My husband was playing football everyday with the stuff at 17 and he met so many great people there. I loved bend in Winks , Yoga that was working in the pool bar .. we really had best time ever in Nova Maldives

Amazing! Excelent! Fabulous! What more can we say ? The whole resort was wonderful with white sand and turquoise waters , modern facilities, food was fantastic, with an excellent range , all staff very polite and attentive. We were very well looked after and the service on every level was excellent , from the housekeeping to the catering , from the bar tenders to the guest entertainment . The house reef is very rich in marine life including small sharks , eagle rays and reef fish. The scuba center had top class DMs and we didn’t want to miss any dive site , hence we did 14 dives in 8 days ! Thank you Moosa, Agy, Aju and Dima! We are grateful to all staff to make our vacation so memorable and is hard not to mention all names , however some comes to our mind for going an extra mile like Yoga and Madu, all restaurant, kitchen, reception staff including Heidi, Maya, Amir , Anggun, Devi, Asshan, Alisee, management Jeelal and colleagues , but special thanks to Ablo (the GM) to not only manage such a wonderful team , maintaining such high standards but also put so much passion in sharing the local culture, tradition even the language with all of us . 5* and fully recommended! Cannot wait to come back

We visited for our honeymoon and it was really beautiful and comfortable and the staff were friendly. There were a few bugs in the beach villa but they disinfected it. The beach villa has an outdoor bathroom so please keep that in mind. The water villa was really pretty and the water was clear. Solis' yoga was always smiling and welcoming, and the drinks he made were all really delicious. Thanks to Sian and Jerry from the dive center, we had a lot of fun snorkeling with manta rays. It was my first time snorkeling and I saw a lot of manta rays! I would like to thank Siyaan and Jerry for their kind guidance and video recording. It was a really happy honeymoon. I want to go again!

We a couple from Russia. We had a flight from Moscow. Then we had about 2hrs connection flight in neighbor airport (small water plane) About the hotel: We stayed in December for honeymoon and finally I give my feedback. Overall our stay was amazing! And we really thankful all of you for our beautiful honeymoon! Villa was beautiful and really comfortable! Restaurants were really good, everything was delicious. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - all 10/10 We really loved the reef, snorkeling experienced, excursions choices, gym is amazing, football expirience - so, in terms of activity - very very good! We loved that every day we had something special: diving lecture, the musical group in the bar, special dinner, also we had honeymoon dinner. One evening - all personal showed us the Maldivian life experience with excellent food. We also loved that managers of hotel had a conversation and they really wanted to be the best in the business! I can write a really big feedback, after 3-4 month of our trip we think about nova with warm in our heart. We loved each day there and thankful all of you! I advised my colleagues and friends this beautiful island and hopefully one day we comeback. The stay wasn’t boring , and I don’t understand how stay in Nova Maldives can be boring!
