My initial review was taken down. I was assaulted by a member of staff in my private room while solo travelling. The hotel refunded me for my stay but it’s unfair that there was no consequences or action taken. I was solo travelling for my birthday and was approached by a staff member, who came into my room and assaulted me of which I have video evidence Clearly shaken and in flight/fight mode, I contacted the hotel who refunded my stay and asked me to sign a NDA. They reiterated the fact they had just opened and didn’t want this to affect them. I was also told to come back to the hotel at another time for a different experience. There has been no follow up or contact number to revisit etc. all promises made to solve the issue was a lie. the staff member who assaulted me still works in the resort. I stayed in the private pool over water villa. Please note there are zero cameras or security guards in that area. Making it extremely unsafe I would urge anyone travelling solo, with children, young women, families to please be extremely careful and cautious over booking this resort. Please don’t be fooled by the marketing team who sell you a dream of a beautiful resort. I can understand that one persons action shouldn’t affect the entire team and resort however no good action was taken to combat the issue. I was made to sign an NDA, finger prints etc and asked to leave the island. Whilst the resort itself is well maintained, no woman (or man) should be assaulted in the privacy of their room on a remote island with no security or camera. My review keeps getting taken down due to the sensitivity of the matter but I won’t stop until the issue is addressed. I am pleading with any women of colour to please do not go to this resort. Anyone visiting with young children, anyone solo travelling. Please rethink.

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of March. Overall, I liked everything. Nice location, cozy, moderately private. Very good food. Special thanks to the chef! Always high-quality fresh products, varied, fish, seafood, meat or poultry are cooked right in front of you, lots of fruits, high-quality European alcohol. There are questions about room cleaning, but they were quickly resolved thanks to a personal manager. Thanks a lot to Felicia here. I think we'll go back to this hotel again!
