EXCELLENT PROPERTY!! Great rooms, quiet beach, GORGEOUS VIEWS, and excellent food. The staff was fantastic, Julie was great and the assistant manager so kind an lovely. Everyone there had big smiles and were so kind... Many Italians stay there, so they really need good food and it delivers...I was so comfortable there, I slept great and I highly recommend this property

The Italian staff was quite predatory with racist undertones. Particularly Marco and Alex, those of which who asked me and my friend ( two underaged girls of colour) to go out to town/bars with them. One of them was quite persistent and according to the chefs this is a frequent event whenever they see Malagasy/ coloured guests. Once confronted they were saying that they don’t usually go out with guests as it’s a mixture of work and play. And stated that we weren’t considered “work”. He further said that we aren’t Italian, and therefore aren’t real guests/real work. Though we are guests, who pay the same price. On top of that the food really isn’t good, so there’s that. Better to get your own Villa or go to a different hotel.

This is the absolute worst hotel in Madagascar. Way overpriced and when there was family issue which made me leave early they would not refund any of my unused nights that were still over 24 hours in advance. The staff would not let me talk to the manager because he is not even living in the country and they didn’t want to bother him. You could not pay me to ever return to this hotel ever again. Save your money and go anywhere else. 0 out of 10 rating

Very nice village with excellent cuisine and located on the seafront, even if the sea is not beautiful at all due to the tides. The staff is very nice. The animation is very basic although I believe that in my case it is due to the fact that I went there in the last week of the village's opening and the structure was not full. For excursions, the village offers a wide choice even if we have opted to go on excursions with local organizers outside the village with whom obviously it costs less. Very good and reliable Alberto (cell. +261 320401164) with whom it is better to make arrangements before arriving via whatsapp. The local guides speak Italian very well and with them you get to know the true soul of the place and the most beautiful places. Our guide was great and his name is Brice but Gianni is also very good. I know that other travelers also had a good time with Cosimo but we were really happy with Alberto's organization

Stayed two central weeks of August with my family, structure adequate to European standards, very clean both in the common areas as well as in the rooms, quality food but don't linger because otherwise there is the risk of not finding the same variety that you would find initially, clean swimming pool but with few sunbeds, non-oppressive entertainment, but in some ways too quiet especially if you have a fifteen-year-old daughter like us (honestly for that age group I would say that the entertainment is almost non-existent ) very clean and quiet beach and with almost total absence of street vendors, for fitness lovers there is a fully equipped gym (the only drawback is that out of three treadmills only one worked but the director, a very attentive and precise person, assured me who would have them repaired) and adjacent tennis courts.
