We had a great trip, hotel was very quiet as was just the beginning of the season but staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, animation team were fantastic. Hotel was lovely and clean, pools and sunbathing spots were great. Had a fantastic time

The hotel takes bookings but NONE of their services are available for guests… Food… only a couple of options not a buffet… Entertainment… nothing because they are not busy yet they say (so why did you take bookings?) Spa… closed because they don’t have any staff AVOID THIS HOTEL THEY DONT GIVE ANY OF THE SERVICE THEY ADVERTISE. CATFISH HOTEL

We are currently staying at laur hotel... Everything about the hotel is amazing! Clean large rooms...food is excellent , 5 different places to eat...which are all 5* pools are lovely , beautiful beach... Entertainment team are fantastic especially Daisy who is so funny and great with our 2 children...she is making our day very entertaining with all the activities.. would highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best all-inclusive deals we have ever had. The hotel was spotless with one of the most open and visible food preparation and serving areas that I have ever seen. The staff were mostly younger university students, keen to practice their language skills. Everyone played their part in making this a memorable experience. Security was good. Pool and lounge areas were clean and well maintained. The private beach has plenty of well shaded lounger facilities. The flumes were popular with the children. Most apartments have balconies with a table and chairs. There is one temple (apollo) within a short local bus ride near Didum town. The port and docks are visible, but securty prevented access. Our visit came via Bodrum airport some 100km about 2 hours north. Overall, we were most impressed with this 7-acre site and its facilities.

Lovely holiday, entertainment was fantastic at the evenings, although not much going on through the day. Stunning pool/ beach and plenty of sunbeds around the pool and beach so you never have to worry about getting a bed. The infinity pool and beach club are a lovely addition although you have to pay extra for these but is worth it. Food is OK but a bit samey , would benefit from a walk in snack bar in the day times. Drinks are OK. Everything is always kept clean. All in all a good holiday and would return.

that's my seventh time in turkey . and my 26th travel around the world. I can honestly say. that I recommend for anyone wanna spend his money in the right place. restaurants, beach bars, food peoples snack, bar, sea view animation . All services are really great. I have just one complaint. it's for all turcky hotels. it's really difficult to conversed because almost no one speaks English. love this hotel and I can give 6 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Beautiful resort, everywhere is very clean and tidy. The rooms are large, clean with a fridge and tea making facilities which are well stocked. There are a few bars and restaurants which serve reasonable drinks and food. There is plenty of choice but not always very hot and difficult to tell what is vegetarian. The location is great and a lovely walk down to the centre of Altinkum, or a bus stop outside, lots of lovely beaches. Or the Apollon Temple is well worth a visit. The beach at Laur is beautiful and kept immaculate, great bar there also. I never went to any of the entertainment, but other people said it was good. Overall a lovely stay, the staff are all so friendly. I would recommend this resort.

On arrival I thought this hotel was perfect beautiful furnishings and a stunning beach.The let down was the food and the whole dining experience.The food was luke warm and didn't look or taste appetising.We had salad every night as nothing else was appealing.Once you found your table you had to find some cutlery and then a glass for your water.Nobody offered to get us a drink and the staff all seemed miserable.The snack bar wasn't good either,there was no menus and you asked what they had and you couldn't understand what they were saying,I asked for a jacket potatoe and was given a burger with cold chips.I believe food wise this hotel is probably one of the worst I have been too,the british were the minority and i believe people with children would probably struggle to find food they would like.The gym had 3 treadmills and none of them worked Definitely not 5 star standard.
