Staff members from reception to breakfast were grumpy and did not like dealing with English speakers. Breakfast was satisfactory. Room was dated and bathroom sink so small it was difficult to brush teeth without water getting everywhere, but the room was clean and bed decently comfortable.

Zimmer okay nur die teureren Zimmer mit Seeblick braucht man nicht,da man wegen der Bäume den See kaum sieht. Frühstück geht so, für Vegetarier ganz wenig, auch sonst, eher überschaubar. Chef an der Rezeption eher unflexibel und nicht sehr freundlich, Mitarbeiter aber sehr freundlich

Insgesamt ein nettes Haus, zwei Fußminuten vom Zentrum und vom Seeufer entfernt, ein sauberes Zimmer mit sehr schönem, neu renoviertem Bad, extra Nische im Wohnraum mit Sitzgelegenheit, Minibar und Balkon. Allerdings ist das Haus leider recht hellhörig und das Doppelbett hat bei jedem Umdrehen unangenehm geknirscht, was nicht an den Matratzen oder am Bett lag, die waren einwandfrei, wir vermuten, dass es unter dem Bettlaken eine Inkontinenzauflage gab o.ä. Der Fernseher hatte keine Radiosender im Angebot, was bei uns sofort Depressionen auslöst, weil ohne Musik bei uns gar nichts geht, aber das ist wohl Geschmackssache. Wie üblich sind Zimmer an den oberbayerischen Seen sehr teuer im Vergleich zu dem, was sie bieten, aber da zählt halt die Lage, die Lage, die Lage.
