We just returned from a short family holiday where we stayed at the Four Seasons. Our Family Villa was well appointed, with welcome snacks and excellent attention to detail that made son feel like home immediately. We ate many meals at the resort, which was good quality and generous portion size. The facilities were top notch, with a daily programme offering a variety of activities to participate at leisure. The best thing was the service, which was just impeccable.

The hotel is generally nice, with a pleasant environment. The staff and housekeeping were also acceptable. The room faced the ocean, which I also liked. However, for a nightly rate of over 20,000 yuan, the value wasn't great, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. All drinks, alcohol, and snacks in the refrigerator were charged. The service charge for food delivery wasn't worth the price, and I didn't get the service I deserved for over 20,000 yuan. I don't recommend it, and I won't be staying here again.
