Stayed here for a wedding near(ish) and booked to be with others.
Smart, new block, overlooking a large lake and distant freeway on one side and the car park of the shopping centre that this is above on the other.
The apartment itself - obviously quite new. Generally clean and comfortable and well equipped, although we had to chase reception to get more than two coffee pods for our stay and more than one fork! (Quickly and easily remedied, but surely should have been checked during room prep?).
Small supermarket and huge bottle shop on ground floor, with various cafe and restaurants (Palestinian one with superb food).

We booked a week long stay with our daughter, we missed the first day of room service attending to the room we put our sign out for a clean on Good Friday and received a text message to say all room cleaning would resume the following Tuesday.
Good Friday I can understand as it’s a very significant holiday but the Saturday Sunday and Monday I found to be bizarre and the only place I’ve ever had this occur.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location but the lack of servicing over a long weekend when you have a family holiday doesn’t really work.

Wedding stay.
We spent 1 night for sons wedding. Hotel looks lovely from outside. But found staff at front desk rude. Room dirty. No soap in bathroom. Toilet unclean. No handtowels. Sons room had rubbish/food stuff under bed. On the plus side bed was comfortable and room was quiet(good soundproofing).
But i would never stay here again.

Clean and Serene
The front desk service was excellent, the room was extremely clean, and modern. The location is lovely- I had a room facing the parklands and could go for a walk around the lake in the morning. A good range of breakfast options nearby, would have been nice to be able to room charge it back. I got back at 8pm and there were no dinner options. The handheld shower design was a bit strange as it shot straight into your face if you left it on the wall and as the alternative is a sun-shower head, there was no way to have a hands-free shower without getting your hair wet.
