The room was very cozy, with a kitchen equipped with cutlery, utensils, pots, and a natural gas stove. It was very well-equipped, clean, and beautifully landscaped. Check-in required going to the front desk and getting a key card to enter the room. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at Keystone after 9 PM. The front desk staff left us a note explaining where to go for onboarding. It was very welcoming. The shuttle driver was also very nice, driving us back and forth between several offices and only leaving after we received our keys. The last photo is of the check-in area.

The condo was lovely and quiet. It was steps from Keystone village, but away from crowds. The weekend we stayed was extremely hot and the condo didn't have AC. The property had big box fans, which helped move the air around, but it was quite warm. Keep in mind, we're mountain people, so our house is usually 72 degrees at the hottest (without AC), so anything over that feels really hot to us. The other thing is that when we checked in the office charged us $55 (they said we had a balance - but I paid the full price when I made the reservation a few weeks ago, so a little weird and unexpected).

No towels were stocked at pool/hot tub. Ice maker had a note that it doesn’t work. This was the most expensive price I have ever paid for a nightly rate and I felt let down. Maintenance staff did show up when outdoor fire didn’t work, which was nice.

The condo is misrepresented in the pictures and is in marginal repair. The shower has black mold in the rubber caulking in the shower, worn and dirty carpet, the softest bed ever created... really a worked property. AND expensive. Keystone is a literal ghost town this time of year. We were trying to find something close to A-Basin ski area and we bit the bullet thinking it would at least be an exceptional property. It isn't.
