賓館設施服務都很好，應該是這個地方較好的酒店了，尤其是早餐，品種多味道好，麪條特別好吃，還有鮮牛奶，不足之處是房間有點小。

臨時找的，沒想到檔次接近4星了，應該是當地檔次最高的吧。設施啥的就不具體説了。就在當地電力局的後面，停車場很大，免費停車。房間也比較大。性價比很高。

辦理入住的時候才被告知自助洗衣這項服務是不提供的，既然不提供，那就不要在平台上做出這一欄，以此誤導住客。旅遊二十幾多天，看中的不是洗衣服務，還能有什麼？行程緊湊，如果當天不滿意，立刻要退房，就意味着一定會被打亂行程。試問誰願意這樣？而當我詢問樓層大姐關於能否提供一些洗衣液時，又被告知十分簡短並且不耐煩的四個字：自己準備。晚上站在浴室裏洗澡的時候發現沒有更新沐浴露和洗髮水，請問哪家賓館像你們一樣，工作如此不細緻。可能在定西全市範圍內，要找到性價比高的酒店還是蠻難的吧，畢竟定西本來就不發達，所以服務行業要想更進一步，還是有不少困難。我能理解目前囿於忙季，而且賓館本身基礎設施也有限，所以不能面面俱到。但我想，客人來住店，最基本的東西還是能提供的吧？什麼服務有，什麼服務沒有，應該立刻在平台上做出更新，不要為了賺幾個錢，就試圖瞞天過海。我是長途旅行者，所以很看重洗衣服務，其他人或者沒有這方面的困擾，但這不代表可以哄騙消費者。前台的服務態度不錯，這三顆星是給前台的。

房間大，看似挺高檔，但傢俱散發出很大的味道，聞的頭暈，根本沒法睡，換了一個房間，説是2020年裝修的，結果還是被那刺鼻的劣質的傢俱味薰的睡不好。服務也不到位，和前台反應了情況，就是讓你花錢升級到其他房間。關鍵是房間的東西那麼多年都沒散味。後悔到家，一夜沒睡好
