前台6號服務熱情，本來想五星好評，可惜酒店的衞生狀況不夠達標，房間有異味。房間內基礎設施廉價不達標，尤其毛巾的破舊程度，刷新了我對所謂才開業一兩年“維也納”的認知！

酒店停車方便，房間寬敞乾淨整潔，衞生間面積很大乾濕分區，有馬桶套，淋浴水温穩定，早餐還可以，但是房間的窗户沒有紗窗，晚上我被蚊子咬醒，幸好自己帶了滅蚊器，後來方才睡着。酒店距離萬達廣場600多米，旁邊有家黨小魚很好吃
