Dingzhou Xiangjiang Wanda Jinhua Hotel

The best hotel in Dingzhou. I booked this hotel because it is a chain brand. It could be better in terms of hygiene, but it is not satisfactory. When I entered the room and washed my hands, I accidentally spilled water into the toiletries tray nearby. I wanted to wipe it and pulled it, but then I found that the remaining dental floss from the previous guest had not been cleaned up. There was also the previous guest in the slippers drawer. The lost slipper bag was not thrown away, so I reported these issues to the front desk. The front desk was very proactive and wanted to help me change rooms. I said no. When I returned to the room in the evening, I found that in order to make up for the hygiene problem, the customer service had prepared a small four-plate with dried fruits and a glass of peach juice. Delivered to the room, the attitude is worthy of recognition. Hope the health issues can be improved.

The room is large, the wash area is spacious, and it is not a smart toilet. Ctrip arranged the room on the 12th to 19th floors. I arrived late, and the hotel arranged the room on the 10th floor. There is a confinement center. I don’t know what the difference is. The breakfast is rich, except for meat dishes. There is no other bacon. The price did not increase during the Chinese New Year and it is very cost-effective. I highly recommend the pancakes and fruits nearby.

When I went to Dingzhou, I chose this hotel with the highest price. It read good reviews. In fact, the overall price of hotels in Dingzhou is not high, so I can’t deal with it when I go out and stay in a hotel! This hotel did not disappoint us. It feels like good value for money. The room is very spacious and all facilities are in good condition. It is still very new because it has just opened. The hotel service staff are of good quality and the service in the lobby, room and restaurant is more proactive. On the first day We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, especially the big pot stickers, which were delicious😋It was huge and had whole shrimp inside🍤It was great🎉🎉🍾️I will stay here again when I come to Dingzhou in the future!

It looks like a very high-end and classy hotel. The room facilities are okay, but it lacks intelligence. From facilities to services, there are no smart facilities in the room. To order takeaway, you have to go to the front desk to pick it up. All I know are now delivered by smart robots. , I have to pick up everything I need by myself, it’s too troublesome, breakfast is okay, there are many categories!

中山古都定州三日兩晚淺逛，始建於清的定州貢院，北方保存較為完整的科舉場所；古城千年記憶的必經之地，定州博物館…品舌尖上的非遺定州燜子；嘗直隸官府菜雞裏蹦…宿定州香江萬達錦華酒店兩晚，酒店地理位置優越，房間面積寬敞舒適，前台服務熱情周到，美中不足早餐客人集中時段服務略顯混亂，用餐體驗感不佳，希望提高服務細節。

定州最高檔的酒店了，門口有一些地上停車位，不太多。屬於下高速的第一個地標建築，很高很突出晚上一眼就能看到，離萬達廣場不遠。大概也就開車幾分鐘吧。訂的豪華雙人間，我們是一家三口，所以讓孩子直接睡沙發了。房間很大，衣帽間是單獨隔出來的，衞生間也很大，還有單獨的浴缸，整體很不錯，服務也很周到，從入住開始服務員幫拿行李上樓到每一個電話要東西都很及時處理。早餐很不錯，種類豐富花樣多，就是單加早餐比較貴，對小童的要求是1.2以下才半價，對大童不是很友好，其他都還不錯。酒店有送餐機器人，訂外賣也很方便，機器人一會就給送來了。酒店位置便利，雖不在定州古城內，但是開車到達開元廣場也就是十來分鐘，周邊還有公園，整體還是很滿意的。

第一次體驗，入住非常好，前台工作人員服務熱情周到，有賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨整潔，一次性用品質量很好。早餐品類豐富，味道好。價格合適，地理位置好，周邊有公園商場。推薦入住~ 特別是前台小姐姐們和客户服務經理張亞麗，服務非常周到貼心！👍

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，整體很新，但是早餐質量不高，品種太少，對於一家4星的酒店來説完全不符合，同時説早餐到10:00結束，但是9:30的時候很多東西都沒有了，並沒有及時添加，早餐吃的很不舒服，服務意識相對淡泊，見到客人沒有打招呼的習慣，視而不見，沒有感到對客人的尊重。地下車庫有很多充電樁，但是全部被油車佔滿，30多個充電樁無一例外，全停的油車，沒有任何管理，由此上述可見酒店管理的很不到位，與自身星的身份完全不相符，衹有價格上達到了達到了四星的要求。
