I've been coaching for 23 years and had to pay a deposit for the first time. The money was returned after the apartment was inspected. If the apartment is ultimately accepted, an on-site inspection would be appropriate when the property is taken over. It

The apartment is functional, although a bit old. Unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned. Floors were extremely dusty and the bathroom was the worst (dirty toilet, hair everywhere). Apparently, as a tenant you would be entitled to a guest card, which
