Terms Holiday Friends Hotel nice and clean Food ok was really nice first 2 days when arrived then went down badly liver liver and stew . Booked Mario’s Italian that was very nice very pleased You don’t get waiter service around pool are it’s all self service no table nr sun beds or comfy mattress. Hard sun beds pool area Never been to a hotel in Tunisia with no waiter service around the pool What was very disappointing was the beach bar no alcohol at all only soft drinks Beach area be very careful full of rubble and broken tiles I cut my foot be careful with children the beach area needs cleaned from rubble in the sand. Staff receptionist nice Waiters nice Cleaner 5 star ⭐️ Animation team some nice but some don’t even talk to you if your English POOL BAR staff are very RUDE MANAGEMENT needs to sort these staff out Would I return to this hotel again . (No)but maybe return to Djerba different hotel and location

There is great animation team, beautiful beach and a lot of summer sports on the beach. Service is very nice. There is nice food and drinks. A lot of fun in a friendly atmosphere. I really have a great fun!

I enjoyed staying here for the most part the pool is big plenty of space. Also a water slide pool and kids pool. I enjoyed the food had some different things you could try such as paella. The Italian restaurant you can book is lovely the tiramisu was very nice. Massages are a good price in the spa. Room was ok but was warm at night as air conditioning doesn’t come on until June. TV only has French and German channels. Few different shows at night such as Irish dancing and a magician. Music can be load around the pool all day, lots of activities such as a foam party. The gift shop has a good selection of souvenirs. Most staff are nice especially Saber in the bar and Ala in the restaurant. However a member of the pool bar staff made me feel uncomfortable and followed me around asking me to message him etc. This spoilt my last couple of days to be honest.

The hotel is ok. The animation team try hard to organise good activities and entertain the guests. The food is nice, the breakfast could be more varied. The lunches and dinners are really nice. Our room wasn’t modern and could do with refurbishment. There are a lot of facilities for small children to enjoy.

Animation works extremely hard to make sure people are happy. Enjoyed oriental class dance with Mouna. Recommended. The pool area is clean and bar staff really friendly. It’s a lot of food variety, Itlalina al cart worth to visit, please arrange with guest relations.
