My first impression of the hotel was it’s not professional as they did not receive my booking even though it was fully paid before arrival. I had to resend the confirmation email for them to retrieve my booking. The hotel looked unlively. The room was nice with good view. However they need to upgrade the mattress. Breakfast was very basic without much choice. We enjoyed the sea and indoor pool though.

We came via luxair tours from June 5th till 12. Check in was smooth and we got an upgrade to a seaview room because hotel just opened. I would recommend to pay the sea view supplement as the views are gorgeous. Rooms were spacious and the design was great. We liked the food a lot although my wife is a fussy eater but she found out her happiness with fresh fruits, juices, delicious fish and amazing tunisian pastries. The level of service in the bar & restaurants was excellent. Animation was OK but they did their best and it looks like the other guests loved it. Would we go back? YES and we already booked with 3 other couples for the beginning of September.

They had excellent service. The food was excellent, fresh and varied. Location is excellent, right on the bluest Mediterranean waters. The rooms are very spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. This property is highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and although we were a bit hesitant in the beginning since it had just opened, the place exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean, spacious with great decor and comfortable bedding. It was so nice to sit in the balcony and enjoy the sea view and the breeze. The staff were super helpful and kind, particularly with our small kids. The food was delicious and one could choose from a big variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach is minutes away from the room, and the water was stunning. We spent our days at the beach, and enjoyed several sunsets there, simply magic! The pools were also great and the kids really enjoyed them. Thank you for a great stay, and we will definitely come back!

Amazing new spot in Djerba with a huge beach front view. Good for families and friends vacations in a nice touristic area, among the best in Tunisia. I congratulate all the team of the hotel for their professionalism and enthusiasm with the clients.

Staying at this new hotel on Djerba island, Tunisia, was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm water beach right at our doorstep was a dream come true. The pool was top-notch, perfect for lazy afternoons. The food was a highlight, with every meal being better than the last. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to unwind. The beautifully landscaped grounds made every stroll feel like a mini adventure. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

A great place to relax with the family. Modern rooms, great food, something new every day. The team of employees was very polite and friendly, we felt like we were among the closest family. The biggest thank you to Youssef, the waiter who was always on time, polite and incredibly helpful. We highly recommend it!!!

We choosed a hotel but we landed in another one before being relocated to the right one. Unfortunately, we were supposed to have a refurbished hotel and not a hotel under refurbishment. Very big Flop @iberostar. How can we trust you anymore. You ruined our vacation
