Great location, close to Southern Cross Station and tram lines. Short walk to DFO for shopping and the Emporium. Great service at the hotel

We forgot to book a hotel for one night. After we made a last-minute reservation, the front desk helped us merge the orders and also upgraded the room type for free. Thank you very much! The downside is that there is no good food near the hotel and it takes a while to walk to the CBD
