The hotel is in a very convenient location with excellent amenities and easy transportation. It's super easy to find places to eat and shop, and there's a supermarket and pharmacy right downstairs. Everything was great, except for the lack of a view from the window.

This stay was a huge disappointment. Before checking in, I emailed to confirm my booking, but the hotel irresponsibly pushed the blame to the booking platform and refused to verify it. Upon arrival, I found numerous issues with the room's facilities, including a smelly range hood, a clogged sink, frequent TV and internet disconnections, and even a dryer lint trap packed with thick lint, which posed a safety concern. The towel quality was inconsistent. Furthermore, the room cleaning was extremely shoddy; the floor was dusty, and amenities weren't restocked. The worst part was that after I reported missing tissues, the front desk promised delivery within 20 minutes, but it took over an hour and two follow-up calls before anyone addressed it. The hotel needs to ensure its cleaning staff conducts thorough checks and improve the front desk's service efficiency and accountability.

For Chinese travelers, having a hot water kettle is incredibly important. The one-bedroom apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room. The washing machine and dryer were a huge convenience, allowing us to pack lighter. The induction cooktop, oven, cookware, dishes, and dishwasher, combined with the large supermarket nearby, made cooking a joy. Australian beef and lamb are truly delicious! Laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, dishcloths, salt, and pepper were all provided, which was very helpful. The neighborhood is new, quiet, and close to both the beach and tram stops. It's also within the Free Tram Zone. The front desk staff were friendly and always happy to assist. This is an excellent choice for families with children.

On my first day in Melbourne, I chose to stay at this hotel apartment. The location is excellent, very close to tram stops and supermarkets, making shopping and sightseeing super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience.

Because the room was split into two, it was super comfortable. The lady who checked me in at the front desk was incredibly, incredibly nice 👍. She patiently explained things when we had questions and requests. It's close to the airport and a large shopping mall, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it very suitable for families. Thumbs up!

The hotel was great; they upgraded our room to a very spacious one with various cooking amenities and even two bathrooms. The heating was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.
