All the staff are kind and friendly. I appreciate it very much. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator, and the room was kept very clean, but on the second day I woke up with itching in the middle of the night, and when I checked it, I was bitten by an insect. There were about 2 spots, so I didn't worry about it that much, but on the 3rd night, I had blisters here and there and it's still itchy... The bathroom was clean, so I don't know why... This is my second stay at this hotel and have to say the staff were lovely and so very helpful. I can highly recommend. The room was clean, the towels were fluffy, my only complaint, if you could call it a complaint, would be that there were no soft pillows just the more firm ones. I did check the spare ones but they weren't any softer to be honest.

Our stay was very pleasant and convenient to the wedding event. Staffing was very professional and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable. Parking was very convenient and a variety of eateries available at walking distance was good and even more variety if you travel a few minutes.

I use the Premier Inn group a lot, and have to say the best greeting and local knowledge was given from Vicki, she couldn't accommodate any request, better. A true credit to someone who goes beyond to deliver great service! Well done to the whole team!

Reception busy when arrived but handled efficiently well by receptionist, room as you expect at premier inn. Only reason could not give 5* was car park charge! Overall did the job! Meal deal offered was good value if you want something quick from adjoining Beefeater

The staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were very welcoming and friendly. The food we had at both breakfast and dinner was fresh, well-cooked and delicious. The shower temperature was perfect. I would definitely stay at the Premier Inn Newark again.
