The staff's exceptional service and the handling of a booking error and trip extension were appreciated. The location is strategic, centrally located and a short walk from Souk Wakif. However, the facilities require updating, including rooms, bedding, elevators, and furniture, and the pool area needs improvement. Room service and reception are available 24/7 and responsive. Immediate attention is needed to ensure child safety at height with appropriate signage. In crisis situations, improved communication from management is necessary to reassure guests, particularly families, with provisions like a support cell, water, and airline contact information. The high-quality Iftar and breakfast buffets offer a diverse international selection, complemented by attentive and professional F&B staff. I highly recommend this hotel and hope that the planned renovations are implemented soon to elevate the standards.
