Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl - Doha

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a brand like Kempinski. First, we returned to our room after several hours only to find the door was never properly locked. The latch was lifted, meaning anyone could have walked in. This is a serious security failure that no hotel should overlook. Second, my wife previously contacted the hotel to ask about a private ladies’ pool and was clearly told there wasn’t one. Upon arrival, we discovered that this information was completely incorrect. This reflects poor communication and unprofessional management. These are not small mistakes — they show a severe lack of accuracy, training, and responsibility. It is unfortunate that a hotel under the Kempinski name operates with such weak management.

Top hotel !

I was advised to book Kempinski based on my friends recommendation due to location and amenities with this hotel. Service was 10/10, exceptional from the minute we walked in right up until the end. There were a few blips but it can be overlooked with how much care the staff had. The security guards behind public house restaurant on the beach were lovely cheerful guys who are a credit to Kempinski. The duty manager helped, also the reception staff helped throughout our stay. I have recommended my family and friends to come to Kempinski based off my experience. I will be coming back again!

Luxurious and great place for all

Enjoyed my 4 night stay at the Marsa Malaz Kempinski! The resort hotel has a very nice swimming pool area and also a private beach. The restaurants are all good quality, and the staff are all friendly and helpful.
