The hotel itself isn’t that bad, but I don’t think it’s a 4 star hotel. The good things about it are that the rooms are big and spacious , there’s even a couch in the room. Plenty of mirrors, the shower is larger with good pressure. Location is also very convenient, close to basically everything especially the airport. I personally didn’t book with breakfast because I was worried it was gonna be limited and I was right, they could improve on that considering it’s 35 riyals. Moreover the carpet is old and dirty, I saw a lot of comments complaining about it and I’m surprised that they aren’t doing anything about it , very weird. The personnel isn’t really friendly or helpful. They don’t help guests with their bags, or even greet the guests, shocking , only one guy at the reception was friendly , the rest no. They could also improve on cleaning , stayed in the hotel 5 nights it was cleaned only once.
