My stay had several issues that affected the overall experience.
Before arrival, I was informed that an early check-in around 11:00 AM might be possible. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff member who assisted us, Shahid (or a similar name), stated that this information was “wrong” and that the standard check-in time was 3:00 PM. During this interaction, he was on the phone while checking us in and did not give us full attention, nor was any apology offered for the earlier inconvenience. Unfortunately, no alternatives or assistance were provided while we waited for several hours.
I had requested a high-floor room, but the room assigned was on the first floor.Upon entering the room, there were multiple cleanliness and setup concerns, including missing bathrobes (which had to be requested), stained towels, no bar soap in the toilet area despite a soap holder being present, hair in the bathtub, and a used notepad.In the evening around 7:00 PM, we requested room cleaning by using the in-room button and placing the sign on the door. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned. After contacting the front desk, housekeeping arrived about 30 minutes later, and we had to wait outside while the room was being serviced. Later, we noticed a hole in the pillowcase. I considered requesting another linen change, but it was already late, and I was concerned that another delay would affect our ability to rest. The safe box was also not functioning and required attention from staff. On the day of check-out, we were still sleeping when we received a call reminding us that check-out time was 12:00 PM. Overall, there were repeated issues with communication, cleanliness, and service response. I have photos to support the concerns mentioned. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations.
