The Bentley Luxury Hotel & Suites

I chose Bentley Suites to stay at in December for my 2 nights quarantine. The whole experience was awful. The way they treat customers is just disgusting. I paid over £359 and for that price you’d think you’d get a 5* experience to which they claim to be. The staff are rude. I arrived at 8am on Friday and expected my PCR to be taken on that day having arrived at the hotel so early. I waited all day and nobody came. I called up reception multiple times and they eventually told me at 6.30pm that they have reached full capacity and my PCR won’t be until the next day before 12pm. The food was stone cold and the microwave was shut from the mains. I called the reception to ask for someone to fix the microwave. It took them 2 hours to come up and put it on for me. This is unacceptable as I was starving. As bad as it is being locked up in a room then not getting to eat anything at a reasonable time. I asked for a can of coke which also took several hours to come. They did not provide drinks unless asked. On Saturday it got past 12pm and still nobody came to take my PCR. I eventually got it at 5.30pm which I felt was quite late but they promised I will receive my results before 12pm on Sunday (check out day). The lady who did my PCR just put the swab at the tip of my nostril and said it was done. I knew this was not done properly as in the uk they are very thorough with swab tests. She refused to try again and walked off. I then called reception regarding this and asked for a manager and he told me I need to speak to the medical team. I called them but nobody answer. After multiple calls I gave up as it was too stressful. I then called for fresh towels which took 7 hours to arrive!!!!!! On Sunday I woke up at 7am, had a shower and done my make up all ready for check out. I called at 10.30 and then again at 11.30am and was told my swab test results aren’t back yet. It got to 12pm and still heard nothing so I called again and they told me it was INCONCLUSIVE!!!!! NO SURPRISES THERE SINCE SHE DIDNT BOTHER DOING IT PROPERLY!!!! I was soooo disappointed and angry. The manager then asked me to pay for another night when it wasn’t my fault. There was no apology or anything for the inconvenience caused. I was only there for a week and this was just eating away at my days there. J asked the manager ti put in a formal complaint and he said you’re speaking to me so that is the complaint dealt with. I mean in the uk we have tight procedures where they escalate complaints but this hotel didn’t seem to care about customers or wanting to help in any way. So I was upset the whole of Sunday and the second swab wasn’t done until 7pm. I was promised again that I will get the result on Monday before 12pm. I had lost all trust at this point. They ruined my mood and ruined my whole experience. On Monday I was calling since 7am and nobody would answer the phone. It was now 1pm and finally I got through to the manager who said no results have come through yet. I as

Worst stay ever in my whole life. Rom is not clean TV playing only 3 channels with limited screen size! Wi-Fi is not stable. AC stinks! The maintenance gave me very vague and unpleasant response, rising up his hands to say that there is nothing he can do! The front desk isn’t that helpful. Instead, they smile in a mean way as they were telling themselves “we know all of that but you’ve to adapt”!!!!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!i

The hotel is really nice, super modern. Amazing view of Doha un in the terrace where the pool is. I had the best experience in the spa. The staff is really kind. The therapists Michelle and Mira are really professional and they know how give a great massage.

I have stayed is the hotel during the month of January The apartment are so luxurious and it’s really Bentley hotel I will stay in this hotel whenever I will be coming to Doha Swimming pool is so. Ice the view is incredible and the food is so tasty

I spent 2 weeks there.Thanks for the amenities in the room made me feel like home.The apartment was soo big,clean,comfortable and has a fantastic view.The stuff was so gentle and caring.Room service has tasty food and we really enjoyed in Spa.
