The most commendable thing is that the indoor hygiene of this homestay is extremely clean and tidy. It has a fight with the Japanese homestay we have been to when we traveled in Japan. Later, we asked that the original owner did live in Japan. In terms of the meals provided, the owner is very attentive, the breakfast is rich, the content is different every day, the coffee DIY under the morning sun is full of fun, the lunch and dinner are full of color and fragrance, and the production level is very high. Its thoughtful service is also impressive. The most commendable aspect of this homestay is its exceptionally clean and well-maintained interior, comparable to the Japanese guesthouses we stayed in during our travels in Japan. When we later asked, we learned that the host had indeed lived in Japan. The host also puts great care into the meals provided. Breakfast is generous and varies from day to day, and the coffee DIY in the morning sunlight is a delightful experience. Lunch and dinner are equally impressive, with dishes that are visually appealing, aromatic, and delicious, reflecting a high standard of cooking. The attentive and thoughtful service further leaves a lasting impression.

Baan Chai, is a magical place where peace and nature are breathed. The facilities are perfect for a few days of disconnection and escape from massage. The horses are very comfortable. We will repeat when we return to Chiang mai.100% recommended

- Beautiful place, clearly divided into budget and luxury zones. Breakfast is acceptable at 630 baht. - Clean room. - Will take my child across the road to swim in the evening but the pool water is not clean, there is algae at the bottom of the pool, so missed out. - Surprise, asked for extra pillow but the resort informed that we have to pay extra. Normally, we have stayed at many places and no one has charged extra for pillow. A little disappointed. - The wifi signal is not strong at all. It will disconnect and reconnect all the time. It's like sharing a router from the opposite side and the signal is not strong enough.

Chill, quiet place to relax outside the city. Amazing view, nice pond, fresh air, and all that stuff
