The changes has made the experience terrible. Specially for people like me that was a regular for Hilton. The food has changed for the worst. The quality has gone down. I vacationed here with my family for 6 consecutive years, but will definitely NOT go back.

Good property, attention to guest services has come down, we have been here four years in a row, this year, the food was horrible, Japanese Hibachi was good, chef Henry was really good entertaining the table.

This property is great. I stayed on the family side with my 16 year old daughter. The amenities are top notch. The staff especially Ronaldo (bellman) and Beinvenido (main buffet) were amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. 5 stars!

The facilities are really great, beautiful and in manicured condition. The beach is gorgeous as well.
However the food service needs to improve. It is not in accordance with a 5 star hotel, neither on quality or service. Peruvian and italian restaurants were disappointing, and you would expect a long time waiting for your food no matter which restaurant you are.

Service was not good. Room was dirty when we did check in , ac doesn't work properly . Alcohol not good. Price for trip expensive .

Everything was great except on more than one occasion there was no soap or hand sanitizer in the bathroom at the family side buffet.
