The room is lovely, shower was great and bed comfortable. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. But the location is awful (at the moment), the whole place is a building site and ghost town. They are obviously trying to develop the area and turn it into a go to area but it's awhile away yet. Also the swimming pool is not in the hotel, have to walk down the road to some public place.
