垃圾酒店.我9點多訂酒店.有房間.錢也收了..人家10多訂.都有房間住.我們1點多拿身份證去拿房卡.前台居然跟我説沒有房子.把我們前面訂的房子讓給別人了.讓我們都沒有房間住.還理直氣壯的跟我吵架.…估計經常搞這種工..沒有房子就不要收這個房錢...還顯示有房...
