酒店新裝修的都挺新的，大堂裝修很大氣，電梯刷卡很安全，這一點很不錯，不過有很多不是很完善有待改進，深夜麪挺不錯的早餐和下午茶很一般尤其是滿心期待的下午茶真的非常一般太拉胯了除了幾個爛荔枝和幾個早餐剩的牛角包再無別的，而且餐廳都不捨得開空調的熱的要死，還不如別搞下午茶，衞生也是很一般，房間裏的咖啡蝶和杯子都沒有洗乾淨還有一層油，桌子上有灰塵，風筒上還有幹了的牙膏吧，送的歡迎水果也是太敷衍了，聖女果都爛了還拿給我，房間電視也是按不動，叫了前台來處理，還是沒弄好，由於太晚就睡了，洗衣房也是不提前檢查下有沒有洗衣液嗎，打電話給前台，前台説客房下班了這個不規他管，要麼就等明天客房上班在洗，真是無語了，反正總體一般吧

設施：酒店新開的，設施也很新，房間也很大，非常不錯。
衞生：整體來説衞生也很到位，很乾凈，沒有發現不乾淨的地方。
環境：在這個小縣城來説內部環境還是可以的，周邊環境就算了。
服務：前台開房及其他對客服務流程都還好，但是缺少細節的東西，比方説我有：早餐，上下午茶需要卷當時沒有給我，後來自己去前台拿的，有一份歡迎水果我退房了都沒有人給我，可能剛開業都不重視吧。
雙人醇享下午茶:品種相當少，盤子都是空的，建議整改增加，要麼不弄。
雙人深夜一碗麪:是不錯的，有面 粉 餛燉，臊子也蠻多，就是服務人員在哪刷**聲音真大。
