晚上回到酒店累的不行想洗個熱水澡睡覺 然後沒有熱水 説是我們不會整 專員自己來整了之後説15分鐘熱水就會好。最後等了二十幾分鍾也不知道多久。説要我們去其他房間洗 我請問呢本來就很累了 還一直等熱水 在給客人入住之前不能提前把熱水器打開嗎 也不能檢查一下嗎幸好態度還挺好的 不然更加氣瘋

真實差評：從來沒有住過這麼差的房間。1.衞生間的櫃子是壞的，馬桶蓋是歪的，廁所門就鞋子那麼大，特別擁擠。2，在樓道邊全堆滿了雜物，給人一種很沉，很悶，很潮濕的感覺。
3， 房間裏的椅子是臟的。 小物件都非常的骯臟，牆皮有的都很黑，尤其洗手池的邊邊都發黴了。特別要注意的是在浴室又特別的滑，差點摔倒，一次性拖鞋質量特別的差。而且也沒有防滑墊。 入住時間晚沒有，前台沒有人自己拿卡刷就進去了，要是再早點有人我肯定要退，勸退誰住誰做噩夢！
