酒店相隔鬧市區，安靜！設施完善，停車方便，一到酒店，工作人員就熱情幫忙安頓停車，非常暖心。樓道和房間都特別寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，服務規範！

酒店服務人員態度超好，一開始忘記拿充電器，回去拿的充電器（不足就是並沒有打電話告知，有遺漏物品，我是自己發現打車回來，發現客房服務人員放在前台），後面配合開發票，態度也很好

剛剛在裝修，後面停車場放滿了裝修的垃圾材料，裝修聲音大，與前台溝通，給換了好點的房間！整體感覺還不錯！

住過這麼多酒店沒見過這麼差的隔音，樓上客人從晚上8點半蹦跳吵鬧到晚上11點半，多次反應吵鬧問題酒店客服完全不解決，聲音大到無法休息！更搞笑的是因為多次投訴客房管理人員直接找到我房間讓我家人體諒下。讓消費的客人給你們酒店垃圾到極品的管理來買單也是真的臉大，這種隔音和服務老闆也別開酒店了，直接開遊樂場好了，那些管不住孩子的家庭也不建議過年過節出門禍害別人！

離景區遠，至少半個小時以上的路程，還堵車，關鍵是酒店設施極差，十點半到酒店，前台未告知沒有熱水，直接辦理了入住，進入房間時，燈反覆閃，聯繫前台，無人接電話，十一點給孩子洗澡，發現全是冷水，孩子脱光光，受涼了，給前台打了八個電話，無人接聽，沒辦法又給孩子穿好衣服帶着孩子下樓，去前台問，發現前台的電話是好的，衹是不願意接聽而已，前台告知，因為今天所有的房間都住滿了，熱水用完了，説等半個小時的樣子可以有熱水，我們在樓下等了半個小時，又説水還沒燒熱，還要等一個小時，00：30回房間，等到01：30還沒熱水，打電話前台，這次才有人接，説今天晚上都不一定有熱水，明天早上可能會有，等這麼久，告訴我，可能會有？換酒店都來不及了呀！説讓我帶孩子去員工宿舍那邊洗澡，怎麼會有如此奇葩的**邏輯？（如果沒有這麼大的接待能力，完全可以不用賣那麼多房間呀！）
