這個陽台挺大的，很不錯，房間很乾凈整潔，就是稍稍有一丁點點的異味，但是房東很貼心，到之前就提前給開好了空調。離海邊很近很方便，晚上沙灘上還可以放煙花。美中不足的是日出的時候在房間看不到，被東邊的房子遮擋住了，想換到對面西面的房間能看日落，可惜五一房源比較緊張，沒有房間了。總體來説還是很不錯的，㊗️老闆生意興隆吧，

🙋[對於房東，我想説]超級好的房東，我帶着家人來自駕遊，因為有90多歲的長者家，怕皮膚過敏，直接給我送了3包一次性的床單被套。水不夠喝夜市直接送了一提！温馨提示什麼的也超級詳細，受到了家人的一致好評！
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]樓下很多吃的，出去吃飯也是超級方便的！早餐夜宵啥都有呢！

房間環境挺好，有個大陽枱面向大海，但是缺憾的是看不到日出，早上以為在陽台可以看到還是被隔壁樓擋住了。但是位置還是挺便利的，還有一個就是車位太少了，晚到根本沒車位😂

民宿位於金鑾灣的小區內 環境不錯 房間寬敞明亮 有簡單的廚房用具餐具 可以做點簡單的海鮮 陽台可以直接望海 風景優美 早上起來小區外掃個電動車 五分鐘就到海邊了 強烈推薦鏡面沙灘日出哦

1.可以申請提前入住，看完日出就打電話聯繫房東，一下子就聯繫上了，辛苦房東提前上班了哇，辦理入住啥的都很快速方便，記得帶身份證。
2.房間很大，衞生乾淨。
3.很喜歡陽台的搖搖椅，坐在上面無論是吹晚風還是看海都很愜意呢。
4.周邊風景特別漂亮，傾向於看海看風景的話就很推薦，房間採光也很好，窗簾遮光也不錯，太曬可以拉上，之前擔心太曬來着。

都挺好的，很少主動評價。這房東值得我評。被子不夠馬上幫我送過來，不知道怎麼玩馬上給攻略。住房退房都很方便。唯一一個需要改進的，就是隔音不太好，半夜能聽到小孩子在玩的聲響。不過總體不影響，很滿意，90分了。比很多高大上的還高大尚

海景是挺不錯的，民宿在金欒灣附近的小區裏，這個小區感覺就是專門為民宿而建，2梯20户，每次上下樓很多人，電梯也難得等。
民宿內需要的東西都有，停車也不難，就是傢俱都很一般，但晾衣架是壞的，就丟在陽台上，餐桌的擺放導致椅子拉不出來，房間內也算乾淨，不太喜歡的是空調對着床頭吹……對房間要求比較高的住户不推薦。
