The hotel was excellent and service was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful staff. We loved our spacious room and breakfast. Huanghai Forest is a true retreat for families living in busy cities. Highly recommend!

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! A birthday with a friend, and we were given the highest level of service for a very reasonable price. The occasions and the rooms were incredible! The staff went out of their way to be helpful for us, including an unexpected private tour of part of the park. We could not have asked for a better hotel!

期待了很久這間花間亭，來了果然沒有讓人失望，房間很寬敞。當晚入住前台小姐姐們服務很積極，無論是餐廳阿姨還是接駁車叔叔們也都很和善。無論是房間還是公區的設計都很喜歡，也很親近大自然。爸媽也很滿意，已經在計劃下一次啦！一點點可以改善的地方是淋浴花灑有點小，還有早餐可以再提高。

酒店在黃海森林公園裡，今年剛剛開業，不是五星，服務員説是按照五星標準來的。房間很大很漂亮，房間大小及設施是按照五星來的，但是服務還有進步空間。因為懶所以就晚上在酒店餐廳吃了，那簡直就是主打一個又貴又難吃。建議大家出來到會議中心吃。

看着網上的好評定了這家酒店，也是滿懷期待，結果剛進房間我就開始打蒼蠅，很是無語，給前台反映了問題，阿姨來了，拿着蒼蠅拍和驅蟲噴霧來了，這噴霧噴了這房間，你覺得我還能住嗎？然後留下了蒼蠅拍，然後我們就開始打蒼蠅之旅，後面實在累了，算了，放棄了，很無語的一次體驗

設施：好算可以吧，房間在一樓，正對公園內，需要拉窗簾，不算很吵，但是不太舒服也沒有安全感。
衞生：還行吧，沒有不衞生的
環境：晚上比較安靜，白天有點吵
服務：酒店前台很小，非常不好的一點是酒店早飯是外包的，服務很差，最後一天我們坐下來吃早飯，還沒開始吃，由於我一人帶二個孩子就去拿食物了，就有三四個服務員要收走我們全部未動的食物，結果被我看到了制止，説叫我再拿，但是事實上煮麪的地方也在收攤了。根本無法自取，另外，煮麪的老師傅和一個特別不客氣，我聽到介紹有手抓餅，問了他幾遍，非常不耐煩。這個早餐還是我另外付錢的，實在非常不滿意。附上沒被收走，卻月餅和麪被服務員搞成這樣的照片！
酒店床墊還算可以，唯一優點。
