The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it convenient to nearby attractions and shopping districts, and safe to return home at night. The hotel lobby is clean and spacious, and the front desk lady was quick and friendly during check-in, proactively providing information on nearby restaurants and directions. The room was more spacious than I expected, with a simple yet cozy decor. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area, with plenty of hot water at a consistent temperature, and the toiletries were also high-quality. The most surprising thing was the soundproofing; I couldn't hear any outside noise at night, which was a huge plus! The breakfast was quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent, especially the freshly made noodles, which were hot and satisfying. The front desk even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. This hotel is such a great value, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

No English spoken but all very helpful and phone translator apps work well. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast is typically Chinese. Good choice of stir fried dishes, baozi, fruit, etc and a good coffee machine. Did I say the staff were very helpful? My colleague needed once and fork as he can’t use chopsticks. After his first day they got them for him automatically. Location….down side street off a main road. 15 minutes walk to Stone if you want a great steak. 15 minutes walk a different way to the walking street. It’s quite central in the city. I’ll be visiting Dongtai regularly and after trying 3 different hotels before here I’ve found my go-to hotel.
