Great hotel. The room did smell a bit damp but we got used to it. The staff were very nice and offered to clean our room every day.

Location is 2 mins walk from Bus Terminal/ 950m from Dong Xing Port. Just a 600m walk to reach Town Central for Tourists must-see and Malls. Bus stop is just front of the hotel. Room is very spacious and clean comes with private bathroom, AC works well and TV is with signals for local channel. Wifi is of good speed and hot shower is always available. Staff at lobby is friendly and has a drinking water dispenser at lobby as well. Safe for solo female traveller.

Don't let the grand name mislead you; it's just a very average hotel. The cleanliness was passable, and while the facilities were a bit dated, they were acceptable. The most frustrating part was the WiFi cutting out unexpectedly before 11 PM. I wasted a good amount of time troubleshooting my phone, thinking it was the problem, before realizing the hotel's WiFi had simply stopped working. There was no front desk phone number, and the mobile number listed online just disconnected when I tried to call. Surely, WiFi is a fundamental amenity for any hotel these days?

The facilities were a bit dated. Upon check-in, the room hadn't been cleaned yet. It wasn't until after 7 PM that it was finally cleaned, and the floor was still wet. The duvet was thin and damp. Parking was limited and inconvenient, and parking on the street never felt entirely safe.
