很推介，房間很新很舒服，帶着狗狗入住很鬆弛，而且房間很通風，離海邊也就走七八分鐘的路程，還有兩家很推介的吃東西的地方

要爬樓梯，如果是年齡較大的旅客慎選！離金灘走路十多分鐘，離農貿市場近，不像其他酒店提供礦泉水。有停車的地方。總體來説一般！

樓下兩分鐘就是萬尾農貿市場買海鮮方便，旁邊還有個大超市，步行10多分鐘到海灘，房間乾淨整潔很寬敞

房間內部衞生乾淨，沒什麼大問題，房東也比較温柔，勝在春節價格合適。但是還是要提出意見，連續住3天，房間沒有wife，看不起電視，説是壞了；房間有1個掛衣服的，但是陽台上沒有可以晾衣架，不可能洗了把濕的衣服和正常衣服掛在一起；因為我們是2大1小，房間衹有2個枕頭，喊老闆多提供一個，沒有多餘的枕頭，衹有拿椅子上的靠背當枕頭。然後再説睡眠，第一天早上8點左右，直接在樓下炸火炮，把我們一家人黑醒；有一天晚上海邊風特別大，風一吹那個陽台的門一直晃，一直響，質量不好，響了一晚上，完全沒休息好，房間隔音不好，上樓下樓其他人的腳步聲，説話聲一清二楚。還有推薦下民宿隔壁的包子鋪，小籠包好吃。連吃3天。
