Excellent service! Best! For example,1) i called 230am, they still respond and fixed things, 2) i not used to their toothpaste, they bought a new colgate for me! 3) I not used to their chinese tea, they bought a box of twinning english breakfast teabags just for me!, 4) i not used to the local food, they ordered mcdonald for me and make a tea and brought up to my room, 5) i coughing on the 6th day, the boss bought a cough candy (chuan pei pi ba gao candy ) for me ! , 6) i washed my cloths in their washing machine and mentioned no drying function and within 3 days they bought a cloths drying machine ! Wow! The best ! Only weakness is their chinese breakfast i not used to so i do not eat.

The place gives off the traditional vibe but amenities are still quite good. The staff sent the breakfast to our room although all i did was to confirm with her the breakfast time. Venue is only a 5min walk away from Qin Palace, the only disadvantage is drivers find it slightly difficult to locate. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to others.

The hotel was very unique and gave off an oriental wooden vibe. Service was also very good and the boss even offered to drop us off at a location. The staff were really nice and service was good too. Breakfast was simple and delicious, and was served directly to our room. Recommended for all those who come hengdian!

非常乾淨，早飯也很好，都是現做的，離秦王宮和夢幻谷都非常近，走路五到十分鐘左右，其他地方打車十幾塊就夠了。管家和工作人員都很熱情，響應及時，非常適合家庭出行。
