the hotel was very nice and clean! my room was very spacious and comfortable. breakfast was also very good! the hotel is across the road from the night market and also surrounded by many eateries. they have laundry washer and dryer to use for free. staff will remind you to drink water because the weather was so hot. they will ask you to take the bottles of water at the reception! you can also order wai mai and the cute robot will deliver it to your room! it will be very enjoyable if you can speak mandarin. if you can't , then there will be challenges in communication. i'll definitely stay here again!

Very good location in the middle of the city surrounded by food and shopping. easy access to all the attractions with Didi (cost around RMB 10 each way)
The bed are super comfortable and pillow have 2 types. Lobby has laundry room consist of 2 washer and 2 dryer + steam Iron (all are free of charge and includes washing detergent)
Night market is just opposite the hotel and very lively during weekend

it’s 3 times i came to Hengdian but this hotel is the one i want to comeback and stay next time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also they gave us xmas gift.

The location of this hotel are very good. Opposite the hotel have supermarket and food street (night market)
Free laundry + dryer at the lobby in a dedicated laundry room. Do not need to bring own detergent.
To the right of hotel is the pedestrian street. All attractions are quite near this hotel.
