I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself is spotless, with every corner meticulously cleaned and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.The hospitality was truly top-notch, and I felt like a valued guest throughout my visit. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay!

房間與下單標間圖片不符，櫃子裏塞滿被子，馬桶上有凸起的塑料膠布，上不了廁所，這點真不能接受，桌子上有佈滿灰塵的電腦。就連一次性拖鞋也是需要説過才拿來。整體非常不滿意。第二天早上6點隔壁家挖井還是什麼的開始吵的沒法睡覺，影響第二天的遊玩，很生氣！奔着新裝修來的，卻碰到了這樣的店家，很後悔定這家。

19點多出的杭州，臨時決定在橫店住幾天，跟房東小姐姐聯繫了説預計23點半能辦入住，沒想到房東小姐姐不但回覆迅速而且還提前幫忙找停車位.拖家帶口出來玩行李又多又沉，到的還晚，還下了雨，小姐姐耐心地幫忙找車位，拎東西，真的非常感動.小姐姐還主動仔細告訴我們附近有哪些小吃街和旅遊景點，最最重要的是這個價格真的很便宜，性價比很高.房間一看就是新的，打掃的非常乾淨.佈置的簡約大方，有到家了的放鬆感，床單被罩都是一客一換，房間沒有任何異味，牙刷、一次性洗臉巾、吹風機、空調等東西都很齊全，還有電梯.在窗户這可以看到青山，心情也好. 還提供了一些小零食.我們從明清宮苑回來，太累了，懶得開車，房東還主動的借我們電動車去吃飯，因為有行程原因，衹住了三天，以後有機會來橫店還來這，強烈推薦.贊贊贊！！！

超級滿意的一次民宿入住體驗，民宿很乾凈，裝飾給人一種温馨的感覺，位置也方便，到好幾個好吃的飯店也是僅需要步行，在橫店吃吃吃就靠步行的運動量消化食了。房間非常乾淨，床品也是我喜歡的白色，躺着也很舒服。價格還挺實惠的，真是性價比很高的一家民宿。推薦！
