Yaduo Boya Hotel (Hengdian World Studios Ming and Qing Palace Gardens)

My stay was absolutely terrible. The overall environment of the hotel was dirty, messy, and the hygiene was unacceptable. What's worse, the hotel couldn't even guarantee the safety of its guests' vehicles. During my stay, my car was maliciously scratched in the parking lot, and the hotel staff failed to provide a reasonable explanation or a cooperative attitude. The moment I discovered the issue, I contacted the hotel to check their surveillance footage. First, they claimed their cameras couldn't capture it, then they said a neighbor's neighbor wasn't cooperating and needed the police to intervene. The police did come to assist, only for us to later find out the surveillance footage actually belonged to *their own* hotel. Three days have passed, and the hotel has been consistently evading responsibility. This level of management completely falls short of basic safety and service standards and severely undermines guests' trust. I strongly advise against anyone staying here and hope the hotel addresses these issues thoroughly and makes significant improvements.

I was extremely satisfied with this trip! 👍 The hotel is very close to major scenic spots and has plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also a fun night market about 1.5 kilometers away. The room was fully equipped with amenities like a smart toilet and other convenient features. It was spacious, well-laid out, and had a laundry room and dryer. The hotel reception even provided sanitary napkins and ginger tea with brown sugar, which was very thoughtful and considerate for women. They also offered a free late check-out until 2 PM. Overall, it had many advantages and offered excellent value for money! Highly recommended!
