Facilities: Comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym on the 18th floor. Service: The security guard at the entrance was very proactive in helping us with our luggage, both getting it in and out of the car. Welcome fruit: After checking in, a staff member came to our room to deliver welcome fruit. Cleanliness: Very good. The shampoo provided by the hotel was excellent. The room also had a refrigerator and a good hairdryer.

Overall, a very satisfying stay. The hotel hygiene was excellent; the room was spotless, making us feel at ease. The front desk staff were efficient and provided genuine service. The soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, ensuring an undisturbed sleep. The facilities were well-maintained, and the basic amenities were sufficient. The surrounding area was convenient, with easy access to dining and shopping. No complaints here, it offers great value for money. It's suitable for both short stays and longer visits. I genuinely recommend it to everyone and will definitely stay here again next time.

We returned to our room to find a soap dish had been provided, and hangers were placed to help us dry our clothes – thoughtful details were everywhere. The room itself was clean and quiet, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. This established star-rated hotel offers consistent and reliable quality. This stay made our trip even more pleasant, and we'll definitely choose the International Trade Hotel again when we return to Hengdian.
