Everything was fine but the ventilation for smoke is not very good so we had to tolerate the cigarette smells from other rooms however the staffs are friendly. They gave us some water for us to bring away when we checked out: location is quite near the theme parks if traveling via didi cars.

Hotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.

I booked a king-size bed room for one night, and the hotel upgraded me to a suite for free when I checked in. I was very surprised that I could get this treatment during the Chinese New Year. The room was very clean, and the hotel gave us welcome fruit. I was very happy to stay at the Round Bed for the first time. I wanted to stay a few more days, but unfortunately I didn't have enough holiday balance. I had been out for 5 days, and Hengdian was the last stop. I went to the Qin Palace today and will come back to the other places later. I will continue to stay at the Guomao Building next time.
