酒店環境氛圍不錯，地理位置也很棒，服務員都十分的熱情有禮貌，尤其是前台李志強，非常熱情，這次出差定了一個大床房，結果和同事一塊來的，網上修改訂單有點麻煩，李志強直接幫我們從前台更換了房型，太感謝了，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，周邊環境比較安靜，停車場免費，退房還有水果相送，必須五星好評！

第一次入住，服務熱情，房間衞生乾淨，帶着兩個孩子來的，訂的標間，前台服務員李志強幫我免費升了一個大一點的房間，還幫忙拼了床贈送了小孩洗漱用品，非常細心。酒店算是老牌五星酒店了，有設計感和年代感。但是感官感受還是挺好的。酒店的人都很熱情，早餐口味不錯，划算且實惠。距離廣場和購物中心都很近。可以推薦的一家五星級酒店。

酒店可能是十幾年了，設施有點陳舊但是服務態度很好，從進入大堂就會有工作人員幫忙提行李，前台給我們辦理的服務人員解圓圓很熱情，得知我睡眠不好給免費升級房間，非常好，酒店用餐也很方便，下次還會選擇入住。
