The bench near the lake and the beauty of the lake right outside the hotel plus the lodge for breakfast was terrific.

Great location, beautiful scenery and lots of amenities. Very clean and chic. Would definitely plan to come back.

The property is very well maintained and has numerous points of interest. They have discontinued housekeeping which I did not know because I have not stayed there in a couple of years. The majority of resorts in door county still offer this perk. That was the only thing that was a disappointment.

Gorgeous, beautiful, well maintained grounds! The lobby was very clean and welcoming! The receptionist was friendly and informative! The outdoor pool and hot tub clean and very warm on a cool October evening. Our room was clean and comfortable. Well stocked. And a complimentary bottle of wine! The included breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff was so amazing and polite! A definite return !

Clean quiet and comfortable rooms. Very pretty property which was short walks to all buildings. Lots of flowers. Lots of amenities. Great continental breakfast. Stayed in Trailside. Clean comfortable room but could have used a little updating.

Great stay. Free bicycle rental for all family members. Great restaurant. Great breakfast spread no cost. Workers were friendly at every location. Will be returning

We loved our stay at Gordon Lodge in early October! Since it is located north of Bailey's Harbor and the lane is quite long, it seems so private and quaint. The outside grounds are absolutely beautiful and extremely well-maintained, and of course, the bay is always a spectacular sight. Even though the Lodge itself has been there a long, long time, everything is in shipshape condition and exceptionally clean. The view of the Bay can be seen from all the rooms because of how the lodge was originally built. There are also a dozen or so cabins you can stay in, if preferred. The exterior pool and hot tub were directly outside the front door, and several hiking trails are located close by. There were bikes, kayaks, life jackets, boards, and tennis rackets available for use. The only thing we regretted was we visited the beginning of the week and the restaurant on the grounds is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Thankfully, there are several great restaurants in other towns in Door County.

Gordon Lodge has something for everyone and is steps away from it all. It's a cozy resort, easy to navigate and beautifully landscaped grounds. It was rebuilt in 1961 but recently updated so it has that mid-century flare including a large sunken circular fireplace in the lobby which was one of our fav hang outs at night, complete with a selection of tea or coffee and some nights a glass of wine of our own. The included buffet breakfast was delish. The Top Deck bar & restaurant had stunning views, very good cocktails (2 for 1 Happy Hour) & apps and offer a nice menu. The trails were beautiful & well kept, clear of fallen debris but totally immersed in nature. The staff were exceptional and very pleasant, they took care of anything we needed. A special thanks to Jen who helped make our stay so enjoyable!

Gordon Lodge is a beautiful place to stay. The spacious grounds are impeccably maintained and the flowers and fall arrangements were a joy to walk among. The complimentary kayaks & bicycles are a nice touch. We were treated to a beautiful sunrise one morning as well as a setting sun in the evening.We enjoyed the delicious hot breakfast each morning and the friendly staff. Its location is perfect for a stay in Door County being close to many major attractions. Our room had a kitchenette and a roomy shower with great water pressure. The only criticisms that I would have is that the bed and bedding could be more comfortable and the drone of the HVAC system was a distraction in getting to sleep.
