my installer asked me to never book at that place again for any body. he said the place was dirty and smelled horrible.

I have stayed in other Best Western properties in Miami and this one is my new favorite. Why? Because it has many amenities that the other best western need such as a delightful free breakfast, quiet area, not as much traffic, and free parking. The inside of the rooms also were better quality compared to other ones. Will be returning in the future!

The bed was comfortable and the location was great, however, the rooms need updated. Our first room had no ac, moved to a room that didn’t have a sofa bed, which we had requested, the third room had drywall issues around the ac unit, screws pulled out of the wall for the blinds, and the sofa bed mattress was thin and the bed squeaked. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall due to the screws falling out of the wall. The pool was unheated and there were only 4 lounge chairs, that were bolted down and couldn’t be moved toward the sun. Definitely not worth what we paid.

It was clean, the staff was friendly and check in was fast and smooth. The breakfast was enjoyable. A nice place to stay...rooms were clean and comfortable.

I didn't receive my request for a king bed. The room had a damp smell. The carpet needs industrial cleaning.
