I would not recommend this hotel. After making an online booking, the owner tried to charge me extra for the room. Thankfully, I was eventually able to get my money back, despite the fact that there was a no-cancellation policy and the owner initially refused to refund us. Unfortunately, other rooms booked through ******* have been lost. This hotel should be removed from the listing entirely.

We booked this hotel in case of emergency when our Mobile home (Wohnmobile) was broken on Sunday . Everyone knows that on Sunday in Germany evening is closed. But the Hostess was ready to provide us with two light rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. There were tea-coffee amenities , TV set, bath and shower things and modern furniture. The hotel is made in Alpine style and everything is made of wood. There is a nice bar in the yard and the several beautiful deer. 🦌 Breakfast has everything you need with vegan 🌱 variations. The only thing i didn’t like was the absence of fresh fruits. In general we had very good rest after stressful day and the children were happy to play on the playground near the hotel.

Gerne hätte ich von einem Aufenthalt berichtet. Ich habe wegen eines Events dieses Hotel ein Jahr im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt. Jetzt, einen Monat vor der geplanten Übernachtung wird mir die Buchung storniert, weil ich nicht vor einem Jahr (August 2024) auf die Frage nach Anreise und Frühstückszeiten geantwortet habe. Dies kann ich auch so lange im Voraus nicht beantworten. Es scheint in der Willkür der Inhaberin zu liegen, wen Sie begrüßen möchte. Wer nicht nach ihrer Vorstellung reagiert, wird storniert. Kein freundliches Anschreiben nach dem Motto „Bald sind Sie unser Gast, melden Sie sich bitte bezüglich Frühstück“ oder eine andere freundliche Erinnerung. Selbst bei einer Mahnung wird man höflich erinnert. Hier erfährt man eine sofortige Stornierung trotz Bezahlung vor einem Jahr. Selbstverständlich hätte ich mich vor Reiseantritt um Anreisemodalitäten gekümmert. Doch so bin ich noch nie als Kunde behandelt worden! Es sind noch 4 Wochen bis zum Buchungstermin. Trotzdem wurde ihrerseits die Buchung storniert. Wenn man eine zuverlässige Buchung möchte, ist dies die letzte Adresse, die ich empfehlen würde.

Einchecken klappte tadellos. Die Zimmer sind neu und modern, aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, was auch daran liegt, dass hier viel mit Massivholz gearbeitet wurde. Vom Einzelzimmer bis zum Appartement wird alles angeboten. Das Frühstück im urigen Frühstücksraum war super. Brötchen frisch vom Bäcker, der Bauer brachte frische Eier. Die Inhaberin ist wirklich sehr engagiert,freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Kein profilloses und anonymes Business Hotel. Sehr persönlich und komfortabel. Das etwas andere, kommunikative Hotel zum DAHEIM fühlen. Das Frühstück wird in einer schönen neu renovierten Scheune serviert. Das Bad auf dem Zimmer war neu und sehr hochwertig.

Dieses Hotel können wir nur abraten. Wir sind zufällig in der Nähe gewesen und wollten spontan anfragen für eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit von etlichen Zimmern einer Hochzeitsgesellschaft. An der Türe öffnete niemand, kein Schild zur Abwesenheit, lediglich die Öffnungszeiten waren angegeben und bei Terminen wurde man aufgefordert vorher anzurufen. Schon komisch. Nach kurzem Warten entschlossen wir uns die Handy Nr anzurufen. Keine Reaktion, erst nach erneutem Anruf eine Frau die völlig entnervt und frech vorwarf wieso wir penetrant klingeln und anrufen würden, ohne Termin...sie läge mit Kind krank im Bett und versuche seit einer Std zu schlafen. Wir waren geschockt. Verabschiedeten uns kurz mit den Worten: "dann suchen wir ein anderes Hotel welches Uns 30 Zimmer anbieten kann",und beendeten das sehr unangenehme Gespräch fassungslos. So etwas habe ich in meiner gesamten beruflichen und privaten Laufbahn noch nie erlebt. Keine Kundenorientierung, frech und unverschämt. Vielleicht hat die Dame den falschen Beruf denn mit Kunden oder potenziellen Kunden so umzugehen ist ein no-go. Außerdem kann man private Umstände wie Krankheit /Abwesenheit freundlich erklären und einen Termin vereinbaren. Wie gesagt, wir sind froh dass unsere Gäste nicht in solchem ambiente übernachten werden.
